How to Play

Objective

Beat the computer by choosing the winning hand sign. Each choice beats one other and loses to another.

Rules

  • Rock crushes Scissors
  • Scissors cuts Paper
  • Paper covers Rock
  • If both players choose the same sign, it's a draw

Game Modes

  • Free Play — Unlimited rounds, play as long as you like
  • Best of 3 — First to win 2 rounds wins the match
  • Best of 5 — First to win 3 rounds wins the match

Controls

  • R — Rock
  • P — Paper
  • S — Scissors
  • N — Reset scores

Strategy Tips

  • The computer plays randomly — no strategy can guarantee a win
  • In best-of series, track the score to know when you need a win
  • Rock Paper Scissors is a zero-sum game — over many rounds, results tend toward even
